This week's guided meditation is Loving-Kindness Meditation. Loving-kindness meditation is the traditional Buddhist meditation practice of cultivating positive feelings and well-wishes for all beings. I've found it personally to be one of the most powerful meditation techniques, especially in combination with mindfulness practice.
